About this van
Our Ford "Nugget" is an excellent small motorhome for those who value convenience and flexibilty when camping. Intended for families of four, the Nugget has a pull-out bed behind the driver's cab and a second double bed in the pop-up roof. We have already prepared a 5th bed for our little one, but I wouldn't recommend it for 3 weeks trip in Sweden ;-).
In addition to a small kitchen with a refrigerator, sink and gas stove, the nugget also has fresh and waste water tanks. In addition, there are more than enough possibilities to stow the luggage of you and passengers without any problems. Our kitchen equipment with plates, pots, cutlery, bowls etc. is included with the request for careful treatment. The solar system on the roof makes them largely self-sufficient and usually saves them the electricity connection on the campsite. The heater is designed as an auxiliary heater and runs on diesel.
The toilet is included as a "potti" in a special compartment. The shower can be hung on the open back door and has a limited amount of hot water.
The trailer shown, in which bicycles, motorbikes, luggage or additional sleeping places can be accommodated, can also be hired for a fee (on request). The trailer has a 100 km/h registration and is new. The trailer increases fuel consumption by 0.5-1 l / 100km.

Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.

If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Der Kontakt mit Andi war sehr freundlich und nett. Die Buchung war unkompliziert. Beim nächsten Mieten würden wir unser eigenes Geschirr plus Camping Ausstattung mitnehmen. Um Missverständnisse vorzubeugen, war es für uns hilfreich vor Abreise Fotos vom gesamten Fahrzeug zu machen. (bzgl. Kratzer)
Rückmeldung des Vermieters: Das Geschirr besteht aus Bambus - kein Kunststoff. Aber gerne kann das Eigene mitgenommen werden. Wegen des Besteckes werde ich nochmals nachbessern. Das alles wurde bei der Abgabe nicht kritisiert, deshalb hätte ich es auch nicht beschaffen können.
Wir haben das Fahrzeug detailliert angesehen und ja, die Kratzer habe ich übersehen gehabt. sie waren auch klein und ich habe da kein Problem draus gemacht. Die Fotos waren trotzdem hilfreich. Ich hätte aber vorher auch noch meine eigenen Fotos kontrolliert, bevor ich die notiert hätte. Also nur eine Unsicherheit bei der Abgabe. Schade, dass das so negativ aufgenommen wurde.
