Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

J’ai loué par l’intermédiaire du site ce véhicule ,je ne peut que recommander cette personne ,le véhicule est dans un état irréprochable proche du neuf ,La location c’est très bien passé,le prix est résonné ,en comparaison de certains qui louent des charrettes à bras au prix d’un pullman,et malgré le retard lors de la restitution ,le propriétaire a toujours été bienveillant ,disponible lors de nos échanges , et à notre écoute.
Je recommande fortement ce loueur ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Benoit, the owner is a fantastic gentleman with a wonderful camper van. The pick up and drop off was a breeze and we had an amazing time. The camper is like new, great to drive and very comfortable. Our family of two adults and two children loved our holiday in Benoit’s camper van.

Parfait ! Le propriétaire est très sympa et arrangeant pour les horaires , le camping car est en excellent état , agréable à conduire et agréable à vivre . L'abonnement à france passion est un plus que je n'ai pas utilisé cette fois ci mais qui peut être intéressant !
