Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Voyage d'une semaine en 08/2022. 1 adulte et deux enfants. Fourgon au top, en excellent état, parfaitement équipé. Son propriétaire est très sympathique et toujours disponible.Merci encore de nous avoir permis de vivre cette superbe aventure.

Location au top ! Propriétaire agréable et arrangeant. Nous avons vraiment passé une super semaine de vacances en famille à bord de ce fourgon ! On recommande, n'hésitez pas :)

Nous avons loué ce super fourgon quasi neuf à Steeve 14 nuits, et ce fut un pur régal en Espagne. Boîte auto et confort. Très bon accueil de Steeve, à une prochaine.

Très bonne expérience. C'est la 2eme fois que nous louons un camping-car via le site Yescapa. Tout se passe très bien et tout est sécurisé.
C'est une belle aventure que de partir en famille à la découverte d'autres régions.
