If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

El viaje fue maravilloso, lo recomiendo a todo el mundo utilizar Yescapa y sus furgonetas, sobre todo las de Óscar. Su trato, amabilidad, facilidad y condiciones fueron de sentirnos en casa, alquilándola a un familiar. Una experiencia que repetiremos y no olvidaremos nunca. Gracias.

El viaje fue muy divertido, dormimos en sitios muy especiales con miles de estrellas encima, la furgoneta es alta y estrecha y con el viento de lanzarote tuvimos que ir con cuidado, tuvimos un rebenton de una rueda pero el dueño nos ayudó a gestionarlo rapido y eficientemente. Por dentro es muy espaciosa, es alta y comoda para cocinar, hay almacenaje de sobras, la nevera no enfria, nosotros la utilizamos como despensa, pero nos facilitaron una nevera portatil q nos fue muy bien para bajar a pasar el dia en las playas, nos entregaron el vehiculo limpio y recogido.
Recomendadisima.

Tout était parfait. Hôte accueillant et sympathique. C etait une 1ere experience en van et ca c est révélé une belle decouverte authentique et tres confortable. Nous recommandons vivement.

La location s'est bien passé, José Lius était disponible et le van était top ! Juste la radio capte très mal donc penser à prendre une enceinte si vous voulez avoir de la musique !
Le van Oscar était teès pratique, bien équipé et avec pas mal de rangements :) C'est une vieille boîte de vitesse et il n'y a pas d'assitance mais après un jour ou 2 on s'y fait vite !
