If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Muy recomendable.
La experiencia de viajar en una furgo así es única, viajar despacio y apreciar los detalles.
Óscar el propietario, un crack, siempre atento a cualquier problemilla.El segundo día tuvimos un problemilla (culpa nuestra, todo hay q decirlo) y en menos de 30 min ya estaba resolviendolo.
Siempre pendiente y dándonos consejos, la verdad es q vas tranquilo porque sabes q está ahí, por si hay algún problemilla.
Nos quedamos con ganas de más.

Great classic Westie camper and a perfect intro into vanlife for us, not too big not too small. Had everything we needed. Oscar is a friendly host and very passionate about WV vans, he knows them so well can fix a motor in the dark! We spent a lot of time on Famara and Orzola beaches, we recommend. Famary is the surfers beach and Orzola just wild and so beautiful. Looking back, vans are the perfect way to experience Lanzarote, they are very open to this type of tourism in the Canaries, its legal. And Oscar is the perfect person to rent from if you want the authentic classic Westphalia experience. The last night, we spent in a hotel but we missed the camper so much !!!

Que gran aventura en esta maravillosa isla, gracias a esta idílica y auténtica camper, nos hemos sentido como en casa. Y gracias al patrón por cuidarnos y darnos todas las facilidades para que todo ello fuera posible. Seguro repetimos en nuestra próxima ruta.

Oscar è stato davvero molto gentile e disponibile, simpatico e sempre a disposizione. Il van è stato adatto a tutto quello che dovevamo fare! A Lanzarote poi, dormire dove vuoi, non ha prezzo.... consigliatissimo.
