We put at your disposal our Hanroad Trek 5+ van which will take you, up to 5 people driving and 4 people sleeping wherever you want!

Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

La location s'est très bien passée, le véhicule était dans un état impeccable et est très bien équipé (boite automatique, caméra de recule). Le passage en mode nuit s'opère rapidement et les rideaux occultants (surtout celui du parebrise et des vitres avant) sont rapides à mettre en place et très efficaces (pour avoir comparé avec d'autre modèles). Les propriétaires prennent également soin de leurs hôtes en laissant à disposition sel et quelques condiments, sac poubelle, produits d'entretien, câbles usb et Lightning, etc. bref de quoi partir sereinement..

Le van d'Antoine est parfaitement équipé, spacieux et Antoine est accueillant (merci pour les gourmandises) et très disponible avant pendant et après! Nous sommes partis avec nos 3 enfants (2 sur la banquette arrière et un bébé à lavant, attention pas de place pour 3 sièges à l'arrière). La cuisine est bien équipée (couverts et ustensiles de cuisine) la réserve d'eau confortable! Merci pour ce séjour !!! On retentera l'expérience !

La location s'est super bien passée ! Antoine nous a avait envoyé un e-mail très complet en amont et a pris le temps de nous présenter son van qui est parfaitement équipé et comme neuf ! Séjour dans le Pays Basque réussi : même en cette période, grâce à l'aménagement du van et au chauffage ! Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 jeunes enfants, qui ont dormi en haut ! Ils ont adoré !
