If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Un viaje muy especial. Sin prisas y disfrutando de lo que la isla ofrece. Carmelo Marcos es muy majo y te ayuda en todo. La furgoneta es cómoda y la experiencia en general muy chula. Repetiría!!!

Carmelo estuvo muy atento y nos explicó con detalle todo. La furgo es divertidísima de conducir y no pasa desapercibida, también hay que comentar que es para paseo, si quieren subir puertos no es la mejor opción, pero para playeos varios es una pasada. En general, tuvimos una experiencia de diez tanto con la furgo como con Carmelo, esperamos repetir pronto. Gracias

We had a great time with the old Toyota! The great car has a very special charm and many beautiful details. We could immediately switch to vacation mode with the cozy 80kmh and explore the island completely. We loved this bus and had a GREAT time.
Carmello was super friendly and helpful. With the rental everything worked out great, we could communicate with him on all the little things, thank you!

The camper van was a bit older than expected but after one week using it, it is fine.
Be aware there is no A/C (but you don't need it really) and no central locking of the van.
Other than that, the setup inside is minimal but very convenient, the engine is good and will take you easilly in the mountains of Gran Canaria. The fridge is new and very nice but there is only one battery on this van so you must be careful not leaving it on.
Carmelo is very nice and if you need something extra, he can arrange it for you.
As a conclusion, it's a good camper van, not as good as a newer california but OK as the the price is lower and Carmelo is very helpful.

Desde el primer minuto, Carmelo fue una persona muy amable con nosotros y nos lo explicó todo al detalle. La furgoneta tiene sus años, pero está muy bien conservada. El interior estaba limpio y tenía de todo ¡Recomendado 100%!

Il proprietario del veicolo è stato gentilissimo, puntuale e simpatico. Al ritiro del Van, mi ha spiegato esattamente dove erano situati e come funzionavano tutti gli accessori, mi ha messo anche a disposizione una canna da pesca. Lo consiglio davvero a chi ha voglia di girare l'isola comodamente.

La Mercedes Vito tenía ya unos años, así que tenía algunos achaques. Sin embargo, el motor iba como un tiro, sin problemas subiendo pendientes pronunciadas.
