Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

The camper is perfect for a trip to Fuerteventura. For me, the purpose to surf and stay directly at the surf spots during a whole month was perfectly fulfilled. The camper is equipped with everything you need to live. Shower, toilet, kitchen with fridge and all cooking utensils, electricity, a double bed and two single beds that can also be used as storage space for surfboards. Marc is a very caring person who is always concerned that you are well. If you need something he is always available. All in all it was a very nice trip.

Thank you very much for everything! The campervan is very well equipped, including the kitchen. With a vehicle like that on Fuerteventura you are free like a bird. Marc and his family are superfriendly and accommodating. I highly recommend his van!

Marc is a super nice and reliable guy. If you have any questions about the van oder where the best surfspots oder accommodations are, you can always contact him. Marc picked us up by the airport and we got a briefing for his van. The van has everything you need.
