Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

We absolutely loved the experience! Rodrigo and Daniela have been very supportive and always available when challenges with the motorhome occured. Driving and the maintenance for the motorhome felt super easy cause of the great introduction - thanks for that! We loved the kitchen, a hot shower after a surf, the cosy bed and just everything about the camper life! So thank you very much! Wish you all the best!

We rented Rodrigos van in August for a family trip with our daugther (3yrs.) and we had a really great time. As we arrived at late evening in Lisboa we had to take a hotel for one night. The next day Rodrigo met us right in front of the hotel to hand over the van.
The van is an old lady but it offered everything we needed. There are some workarounds but Rodrigo will show you how to handle the lady :)
There was a good baby seat and enough space in the Alkoven for us three to sleep.
Rodrigo was always available on his phone and even told us some places to visit.
The handling over of the van at the end of our trip was as easy as the first one. We met Rodrigo at a gas station which was right next to our way to the airport.
Everything went so smooth and easy that anything else but a five-star-rating would be unfair. Thank you very much Rodrigo, hope to see you again.
