Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

We were last-minute renters and had a very good experience. There were a few things we did not fully grasp from the videos provided, but Carlas was very helpful and responsive when we contacted him for assistance. The vehicle drives and operates smoothly. It had all the amenities we needed. We did supplement the linens with pillows and a blanket. I would rent this camper again.

El viaje fue una gran experiencia, la autocaravana todo correcto
Hay que acordar un sitio de encuentro, que si no es uno de los que el propietario indica tiene un servicio con coste adicional para llevarla a algún otro sitio, nosotros tuvimos que usarlo ya que no coincidimos en horarios
si no tienes experiencia en autocaravana, como era nuestro caso, las explicaciones de uso llevaron una media hora
Seguros y documentación se gestionaron de forma ágil y no fueron engorrosas
Es un motor diesel 2litros, que como casi todas las autocaravanas, le es difícil llegar a los 100K/h en autopista
Llevaba todo lo necesario para poder dormir y utensilios básicos de cocina, así que solo llevamos ropa, toallas y comida, evitando tener que llevar cubertería, sábanas y demás cosas.
El porta bicicletas era básico ya que queríamos hacer excursiones en bicicleta
En cuanto a la gasolina, pusimos alrededor de unos 300€ en dos depósitos llenos para hacer unos 1400Km, se nota la subida de precio del gasóleo de 1.2 a 2.2 €/litro
La noche de camping nos salió a unos 26€/noche con wifi y electricidad

L'autocaravana d'en Carles és molt comoda, ideal per viatjar amb familia; ens ha agradat molt! Vàrem tenir un problema mecànic i tant el propietari com l'App ens van ajudar en tot moment, un 10 per tots!! en breu esperem repetir l'experièncua i ho recomanem al 100%

Hemos viajado con nuestros hijos de 5 y 7 años y nos ha encantado la experiencia. La furgoneta es perfecta y está super bien equipada. Carles nos lo explicó todo perfectamente para que no tuviéramos problemas. Sin duda, repetiremos!
