Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Los propietarios en todo momento estuvieron atentos a las necesidades y imprevistos presentados, la vivienda del vehículo es espectacular, muchas configuraciones para dormir, capacidad para colocar equipaje. En los aspectos técnicos del vehículo, tiene alguna carencia de potencia. Pero la aventura está asegurada nos llevo y nos trajo de vuelta. Con grandes recuerdos y aventuras. Dejos algunas fotos de los amaneceres y atardeceres, que un hotel no ves. Gracias Arka y Esteban .

Esteban e suo cugino Arkadio sono stati disponibili e gentili, fornendo supporto anche durante il viaggio e venendo incontro alle nostre esigenze di ritiro e consegna del mezzo. Camper come da descrizione, ben equipaggiato. E' stato molto puntuale nella gestione della cauzione. Consigliato.
