Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.

If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Expérience inoubliable dans le mobilhome de Machiel à Fuerteventura! Tout fonctionne très bien, l'autonomie électrique est totale, le véhicule est livré avec les accessoires nécessaires (table, chaises, serviettes, draps, fonds de ménage, etc.). Nous avons reçu toutes les informations nécessaires, tant sur le mobilhome que sur l'organisation du voyange, les bons spots, etc. Et Machiel est patient et toujours très disponible pendant le séjour via Whatsapp. Ne pas hésiter!

Machiel es un tío 5 🌟! Súper anfitrión!! Nos enseñó súper buenos spots para visitar y siempre que teníamos alguna duda, antes y durante el viaje, estaba siempre disponible. La caravana top!! Súper confortable y bien cuidada. Tiene muchos detalles que tornan la estancia perfecta. Súper recomiendo 👌

We had a great holiday with the motorhome, exploring the island for a week. Machiel and Soraya are just wonderful people, they gave us any needed information and were always reachable for any need and question.
The motorhome works perfectly inside and it is very easy to drive, even in bumpy dirt roads and other "difficult" situations. It doesn't consume much and the bed are very comfortable.
We totally recommend it, it's an amazing way to travel if you like the adventure and the thrill of waking up every morning in a different place!

We rented a camper for a week to travel around the entire island of Fuerteventura. And it was an unforgettable trip to all the beaches and areas of the island. Our mobile home was with us both in the mountains and on difficult terrain that led to the most beautiful and wild beaches of the island. We really felt at home, comfortable and cozy anywhere. It has absolutely everything you and your family need: a shower, a toilet, a kitchen, a large and comfortable bed, and I was also pleased that a barbecue and an outdoor table with chairs were also attached to everything: it was the best grill on a cliff with sea view.
So, if you want an unforgettable vacation, with the most vivid impressions, we recommend renting this camper. You will definitely remember this trip forever!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine avec le camping-car de Machiel ! Tout était en parfait état et Machiel très disponible pour répondre à nos questions à tout moment du voyage. L'île de Fuerteventura est vraiement idéale à faire en camping-car et nous nous sentions comme à la maison !

This was my first van life experience and it was just brilliant! Love being able to travel freely with everything you need right there with you, to stunning beaches and landscapes. Machiel was just great and the van had everything we needed and more. Super comfortable. Thank you for the adventure.
