Cancellation terms

If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

The owner was very kind and helpful. The vehicle was very clean and the bed was super confortable. I had a great time :) the only maybe bit negative thing about the car is, if you are a small person as I am, the change might be a bit challenging. But even I got along ;)

Me and my friend had amazing time with Xavi's van. The van was nicely prepared and was driving well. Easy to pick up and return. Xavi's been very helpful with travelling tips and on the phone anytime we had some questions. It was our first experience travelling like this and we enjoyed it a lot. I can totally recommend Xavi and his van! 😉

xavier is a super chill guy, really relaxed, and flexible... the van is straight, is in good condition but not such good condition that you need to be nervous about getting hour deposit back.. it drives nicely and we did 1800 km on just under two tanks of diesel..
