Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Un super camping car tout neuf, nous avons fait plis de 1 00klm avec et super bien passer !

Un véhicule neuf qui a permis à deux adultes de passer un Hellfest de rêve. En pleine canicule ou sous la pluie, nous avons pu profiter du festival grâce au van très bien agencé et dans lequel la vie y est très agréable.
Les explications sont claires, la conduite est facile, les manœuvres également, nous retournerons vers le propriétaire pour un prochain voyage.

Nous avons loué le fourgon de Mathieu pour partir à la découverte des Alpes Suisse durant 2 semaines. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Son fourgon était parfait pour nous. Il est "comme neuf", parfaitement bien équipé, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour partir en vacances en fourgon. Nous n'hésiterons pas à le relouer pour un prochain séjour tant nous avons été enchanté par cette location.
Mathieu est très sympathique. Ses explications au démarrage nous ont fait gagné un temps précieux.

Nous sommes satisfait de Notre sejour en camping car cela est agreable de voir les paysages et les arrets ephemeres sont tres pratique pour visiter car ce camping car n est pas encombrant et tres agreable
