Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Increíble experiencia, Jesús fue super simpático, no tuvimos ningún problema. Era la primera vez que mi amiga y yo nos íbamos con una Camper y nos explico todo super bien y super detallado. La furgo se conduce super bien. Si estás pensado en alquilar una Camper no dudes en coger esta ☺️

Wir haben wunderbare 7 Tage in Andalusien verbracht. Trotz einiger optischer und kleinerer technischer Mängel im Wohnbereich haben wir uns schnell daran gewöhnt und am Ende der Reise nie bereut, genau diesen Camper gemietet zu haben. Es hatte alles was man zum Leben braucht. Jesus, als Besitzer des Wohnmobils, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten keine Probleme oder Missverständnisse zwischen uns. Technisch war der Camper, obwohl ziemlich alt, in gutem Zustand, er war komfortabel zu fahren und leicht zu steuern. Und was wichtig ist - ziemlich sparsam. Also, unsere Bewertung: Camper - 4 Sterne, Jesus, als Vermieter - 5 Sterne.

This was the best trip I have ever had! Jesus is a great host, absolutely helpful and a nice person. The camper and its interior gave us the dreamiest vacation feeling ever. The car was comfortable, it had all we needed for our holidays. And the bed! It was even more comfortable than mine at home :) Definitely recommend everyone renting this van from Jesus. Thank you, we will come back soon!

Estamos encantados con el trato recibido. Agradables y pendientes en todo momento. La furgoneta está customizada de una manera muy acogedora y equipada con todo lo necesario para un viaje en pareja, de unos cuantos días. Han pensado en todo tipo de detalles para hacer de la estancia algo para recordar. Totalmente recomendado.
