In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.

If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Proprietari del veicolo super, disponibili, accorti, gentili e sereni. Il camper è a mio avviso ottimo, sia per quanto riguarda la meccanica che la cellula, pulito, accogliente funzionale in tutto. Molto comodo nel complesso in quanto unisce manegevolezza e capienza. Noi eravamo in 4 e di spazi ne ha in abbondanza. Il kit veranda migliora la vacanza quindi lo consiglio. Non vediamo l'ora di ripartire!

Roberta and Ivan were very facilitating and super hosts. They explained the functions of the camper very well and let go on our way. What a super comfortable camper - one of the best nights sleep you will ever get!!

The camper is very new, full equipped. Beds are quite comfortable.
The camper is diesel operated, and consumes circa 10l 100 km.

TL;DR - The camper van is my preferred way for any adventure / travels through Northern Italy, I would absolutely rent Riva Camper again.
Coming to Italy to explore the north can be quite challenging, expensive, and inconvenient. With the Riva Camper rental we had none of that.
The camper van was our home for 4 nights, we drove it through northern Italy, up and over the passes of the Dolomites, through little mountain towns, all the while being able to cook delicious breakfasts and dinners after our long days.
Perfect ventilation, completely discrete & private , mosquito nets, and van felt very new and clean.
It does get tight on the windy roads, passes, mountain towns, and cities, but expect that with a camper.
Thank you to Riva campers who also accommodated our delayed travels
