If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

El viaje ha sido increíble ! Laura es encantadora, el día de recogida nos explicó el funcionamiento de la furgo ya que era nuestra primera vez y nos dio recomendaciones de sitios que visitar y donde comer, muy apañá!
La furgo está súper bien equipada, no le falta detalle y estuvimos genial. Nos quedamos con ganas de volver a repetir. 100% recomendable!

Muy buena experiencia. Tuvimos un problema con el agua (que la propietaria nos aviso en cuanto cogimos la furgoneta), nos propuso distintas opciones para poder compensar el desperfecto y escogimos el que más se ajustaba a nuestras necesidades, llegando a un acuerdo con ella. Muy amable por su parte.
