Hi, I'm Michele, the owner of this 6.20 meter motorhome.
The vehicle is in excellent condition with 2 single beds in the rear and a double bed in the loft.
This caravan is perfect for a family with children or a couple exploring Sardinia. It has a large trunk for stowage, a bathroom separated from the shower, a large dining room with a view and an integrated fridge with freezer.
Please note that the caravan will be delivered clean and disinfected according to the anti Covid-19 regulations in force
Possibility of transfer to and from the airport or the port, at the time of check-in together, I will be happy to explain all the secrets of the caravan and its operation, I will also be happy to recommend the most beautiful places to visit. . in Sardinia!

Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Hat soweit alles gut geklappt. Ein paar Schwierigkeiten konnten wir mit dem Vermieter klären.

Das Fahrzeug war in einem schlechtem Zustand. Die Bremsen/ Bremsscheiben runtergefahren, so dass wir Sorge hatten, in die Berge zu fahren. Beim Ziehen der Handbremse gab es seltsame Geräusche (klackerndes Geräusch) genauso beim Fahren (schürfendes Geräusch). Im Fahrerbereich gab es vermutlich elektrische Kurzschlüsse – nicht immer funktionierte die elektrische Fahrerfenster-Steuerung und die Hupe funktionierte nur manchmal. Im Innenraum gab es Haken zum Aufhängen von Gegenständen, diese fielen herunter, sobald man sie nutzte, auch bei sehr leichten Gegenständen / Kleidungsstücken. Im hinteren Innenbereich ist die Verkleidung für die Stromanschlüsse sehr leicht verbaut und nicht gut benutzbar, da man befürchten muss, die Verkleidung zu beschädigen.

Llegamos al sitio de alquiler y nos atendió Marta, una chica muy amable y que estuvo siempre súper atenta. A pesar de que el viaje fue bueno, tuvimos muchos problemas con la autocaravana. Primero el toldo estaba roto y se soltaba por el camino, teniendo que parar en dos ocasiones para repararlo. Por otro lado la TV no funciona y no pudimos usarla en todo el viaje y una de las mosquiteras estaba rota, a todo esto lo que mas nos molestaba era que la luz saltaba de la caravana con dos luces encendidas y se cortaba. Nos dieron una recompensa por las molestias y bueno en general el trato fue bastante bueno. Pensamos que el anuncio tenía que ser más explícito con las cosas que no funcionan bien.

La autocaravana estaba bien, pero estaba un poco viejita ya y esto se notaba en que alguna cortina de ventana no cerraba bien, alguna ventana no se podía mantener abierta y la ventana superior encima de la cama estaba directamente rota y no se podía abrir.
Si a esto le sumas que es una autocaravana sin aire acondicionado, ni siquiera en la parte de conducción, cuando viajas con niños pequeños y en julio en Cerdeña con 36 grados de calor, pues tienes un casa movil donde vas a pasar mucho calor.

J’ai un doute quant à la révision du véhicule avant location ! Le fusible des ouvertures de fenêtres grillait systématiquement. La fenêtre latérale coulissante ne se verrouillait pas. Et un sifflement strident et permanent était présent en roulant (problème d’assistance freinage) Et je ne parle pas des pneus abîmés sur le flanc et lisses.
Cependant Michele s’en rendu disponible pour entendre notre inquiétude concernant ce problème de sifflement. Nous avons été étonné qu’il nous réponde que ce problème était connu et que rien ne soit fait.
Pour conclure, je ne conseillerais pas cette location
