Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

¡Furgoneta perfecta! fue la primera vez que viajamos en furgo y la verdad, una auténtica experiencia!! La van es igual que ves en las fotos de la página, cuidado hasta el último detalle. Tiene ducha, baño, cafetera, cubiertos, olla, sartén, toallas... tiene de todo! Para repetir!

We rented the Van for 2 Weeks and had a really good time. Adriana is super nice and relaxed, the communication with her was easy. The van is in a really good condition, the matress is comfy and the van has all the features you need. We totally recommend it!

Great van, perfectly equipped with everything you need. It is very convenient and we loved travelling in Portugal in it. The owners are also very kind, flexible and responsive to any questions, which made the rental very pleasant. 5 star van!

Encantados! La Van'didinha enamora! Ha sido increíble poder conducir un clásico del mundo camper como es esta volkswagen. La camperización es de un gusto increíble y muy cómoda! Sin duda una muy buena opción.
Los dueños han sido muy amables y atentos a todo lo que hemos podido necesitar. De 10!

Procuro proporcionar o melhor conforto e a melhor experiência para uma férias incríveis!
Tenho todo o equipamento que precisas para fazeres o que quiseres, do pequeno almoço ao jantar e podes fazer tudo no meu interior sem ocupar mais espaço ao teu redor... tenho muito espaço para arrumares as tuas coisas, uma mesa e dois sofas e ainda uma cama bem grande para teres todo o conforto...
Depois disso ainda te consigo oferecer um banho quentinho! Todo o ano!
Tenho também duas baterias auxiliares e uns paineis solares para que possas usar todo o meu equipamento 24h por dia!
