The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

L'adresse de départ (estagel) n'est pas la bonne le camping car ce trouve à Elne,si j'aurais pas téléphoner je n'aurais rien su surtout que le camping car avais encore changée de Garage, j'ai commandé un 7 places et j'ai eu un 6 places avec un voyant allumé sur le tableau de bord.

Sinon camping car propre, et le prestataire(la où le ou camping car ce trouve) super sympa et disponible.

La location s'est très bien déroulée. Propriétaire à l'écoute. Facilité de prise en main et de restitution du véhicule. Fourgon aménagé super et parfaitement conforme à nos attentes. Toute la famille s'est régalée.

Véhicule immatriculé en Slovaquie (assurance aussi). Véhicule sur plusieurs plateformes donc superposition des réservations. Les locations s’enchaînent sans remise en état ni révision de base. Cela amène quelques surprises dont on se serait passé. Le prix de la prestation supposait un niveau de qualité et de suivi plus important.

Mis à part cela, le fourgon et sa configuration 2 lits doubles superposés à l’arrière est très pratique pour une famille de 4.

Très déçu de cette première expérience, déjà on est arriver au lieu de la location et le camion était loué pour un autre couple en même temps que nous. Ensuite le camion était sale pas entretenu et abîmée. Le camion avait une odeur et elle venait de la cassette qui n'était pas lavée. Enfin je ne recommande pas du tout ce propriétaire !!!
