Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

La experiencia con la autocaravana de Juan ha sido toda una aventura. Es un vehículo antiguo, por lo que hay que tener cuidado extra a la hora de manejarla y de usar todas sus instalaciones, pero es amplia y está provista de todo. Hemos disfrutado de ella 3 personas durante 6 días y nos hemos sentido muy cómodas. ¡Repetiríamos 100%!
El punto más positivo del alquiler ha sido sin duda el propietario: Juan es muy agradable y atento. Se tomó su tiempo en explicarnos todo acerca del vehículo y de la isla cuando nos hizo entrega de la misma. Asímismo, se ha mostrado disponible y ha respondido rápidamente ante cualquier duda o incidente que pudiera surgirnos.
El único punto negativo que destacaría es que la nevera no enfría demasiado. El pequeño compartimento que hace de congelador sí alcanza una temperatura menor a 10°C. Este es un punto a tener en cuenta a la hora de necesitar almacenar mucha comida/tuppers que requieran refrigeración.

El viaje ha sido espectacular 👌. La autocaravana es una maravilla, muy bien acondicionada y en buen estado. Volveríamos a repetir sin duda. Juan Manuel, muy amable y pendiente en todo momento, el primer día nos explicó todo lo que necesitábamos saber y nos recomendó varios sitios para visitar, donde poder dormir, pasar el día,etc. Estamos muy agradecidos con todo.
