Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Campervan von Gerda und Ihrem Mann, sowie mit ihnen 2 als Mieter. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem unterwegs, was sie absolut grossartig aufgenommen haben und waren sehr verständnisvoll. Der Campervan hat alles was man braucht, nicht zu riesig auch um in der Stadt zu fahren und trotzdem mit mehr als genug Platz.
Sehr zu empfehlen und jederzeit gern wieder!

Gerda und Manfred sind sehr sympathische und aufmerksame Vermieter. Man ist bei Ihnen gut aufgehoben und wird gut in die Technik des Womos eingeführt.
Das Womo ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und praktisch und funktionell eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts von Seiten der Vermieter noch des Autos gefehlt.
Dies war unsere erste Buchung bei yescapa und sicherlich nicht unsere letzte Buchung hier. Wir befürchten nur das die Messlatte von Gerda und Manfred so hoch gelegt wurde das es schwer wird dies zu toppen.
