Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Super voyage!
partis à 4 avec deux enfants ( 3 ans et 6 mois) tout le monde a adoré le voyage.
Propriétaires du véhicule très à l'écoute et vraiment disponibles (très sympathiques en plus de ça 😉). Véhicules propre, super fonctionnel au TOP !

Propriétaire à l écoute expliquant bien lors de la prise en main et restant très réactif et prompt à répondre aux besoins durant le séjour
Le camping car était impeccable
La vaisselle le matériel annexe tout était fonctionnel et bien pensé

Camping Car tout neuf donc en parfait état et très bien équipé. Les propriétaires sont super: disponibles, arrangeants et ont bien pris le temps de donner toutes les explications nécessaires. Nous avons passé un excellent week-end avec nos 2 enfants. Expérience à renouveler au plus vite.
