Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Our experience renting the Camper was great.
Mauro was extremely helpful at all times.
This was the first time our family used a Camper van, therefore we had a lot to learn. Mauro was understanding, patient, and available in the times we had questions.
The vehicle itself was in excellent condition, it carried a family of 4 adults and 3 children with no problem at all.
Thank you very much Mauro, hope we rent again from you in the future.

Esperienza a dir poco positiva! Ci siamo trovati benissimo con questo camper, che abbiamo vissuto in 3 ma che può certamente ospitare più persone. È molto largo, comodo e dotato di tutti i confort (acqua calda e riscaldamento hanno funzionato alla perfezione) oltre ad essere davvero bello.
Il signor Mauro è una persona più che affidabile, gentile e ha avuto cura nel trattarci bene e a rendersi pienamente disponibile per le nostre richieste.
