Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

The communication in advance and the handovers went very well! The very friendly and helpful owner equipped her camper very well, we have lacked nothing (except French Press). Very practical are the two solar panels on the roof, which allow self-sufficiency for days (when consciously using the main batteries). We also found the oven practical, which worked wonderfully. All in all, the equipment was as described. We had a lot of fun with the vehicle and can definitely recommend it.

Very good. Camper is comfortable, bed is great. Wc is perfect, and u can really enjoy the trip for 10days EASLY. Camera sensor on the back of the van. After the second manouver u perform, u get plus or minus how big this van is and stress for driving goes away (not completly but 80% goes away :D) Water system is powerfull. 1/2 water is good for 2quick showers and brush ur teeth. 3/4 u can clean dishes, but if u use paper stuff u go very quick from food to relax. At somepoint, the story of the chemical smell from the toilet of a campervan became true: we really solve the unavoidable issue with half a Onion in the toilet room (no smell anymore incredible, so happy to share it😅). There is a Solar battery. Solar battery is perfect for recharging ur phones maaaanyyy times, and if u have the sun, there is basically no limit in usage. I worked with a pc for hrs in different days. Very good. A/C front part D/C usb side. For 2 people is enough. Gasolin: really 10km x Iiter, it is good balance. I was at my first experince in a campervan with my girlfriend. Owner was more than welcoming. Raccomanded 100%.

My partner and I spent nearly 3 weeks in Chiquita while we explored the coast of Portugal. The motorhome was very comfortable, safe and included everything we needed to make our holiday perfect. We didn't experience any problems that weren't easily resolved and communication was quick and easy when any questions or small concerns arose. We had an amazing time and are now missing her while we settle back into work in Australia.
