Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Natascha is very welcoming and helpful. She quickly responded to the request and all questions, picked us up from the bus stop and gave some tips before our trip. She also speaks many languages and talking with her is entertaining.
The campervan is well equipped and comfortable - there are things like coffee pot and cleaning supplies. The bedding and towels were fresh and smelled amazing. The water tanks are big enough for a couple to travel for a few days without worrying about refilling. It isn't difficult to drive the van even without experience, the rear camera is really helpful.
Travelling in it gives you the opportunity to spend your holidays near Fuerteventura's hidden beautiful romantic beaches. It doesn't look like a converted van from outside so it's not visible that somebody's sleeping inside.

Natascha is a great and friendly person! She promptly attended to my requests and questions. The campervan was in perfect state and very clean. There are many features in the van that make camping easier. It was a bit tricky to take a shower with the external shower but that is only my fault and, of course part of the experience! I learned so much on the way!
It was my first trip renting a campervan and it was one of the greatest experiences of my life. I had so much contact with nature, slept in so many beaches and distant places: la pared, playa de jarugo, playa de garcey (great spot with no wind), mirador de sicasumbre (at night). Be careful with google maps routes suggestions though, fuerteventura has lots of offroads that could be dangerous for the van. Sometimes, ive reached dead ends where i could not go further with the van (large stones, sand, too steep or narrow roads...)

the trip was supernice, the caravan brought us in all the corner of the island, showing the best of fuerteventura. We were four and had all the confort we need. Bruno (the name we gave to the caravan) was easy to drive and park, with everything you need for a week in the nature. Thanks Natasha and Santti, and Bruno of course ;)

Very nice experience overall. A little challenge with communication with the guy who delivered the van to the airport since he only spoke Spanish. But then the owner filled in the gaps later on. She was very nice and helpful. One thing I need to mention is a little bad odor (like from wastewater) which happens to appear sometimes while driving but then when you stop all goes away. Besides 4 of us, we were able to squeeze in also 3 surfboards which was much easier to move around than to have them mounted on the roof every time.

Natascha nos ha acogido desde el primer momento con los brazos abiertos, con mucha atención y simpatía tanto al principio como al final del trayecto. Nos ha ofrecido una flexibilidad que se ha traducido en comodidad y tranquilidad, algo muy apreciable cuando viajas en camping car. Recomiendo esta experiencia a todo el mundo. Un saludo a todos.
