If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Increible Viaje,
La caravana la verdad que es perfecta, no creo que encuentres una mejor en Galicia, fuirmos 4 adultos y cabiamos perfectamente, las camas comodas, agua caliente para ducharse, cocina... Todo super nuevo, si estas pensando hacer un viaje en caravana por estra zona, ni lo dudes, contacta con Iago
ninguna queja, recomiendo 100% alquilar esta carabana.

Ha sido la primera vez que alquilamos una autocaravana y sin duda algo que queremos repetir. La atención de Iago es de 10, nos explicó todo súper detallado y siempre ha estado disponible para cualquier duda que nos surgiera durante el viaje. Las condiciones del vehículo excepcionales, estamos muy contentos de haberlo elegido!! Experiencia super recomendable.

Era la primera vez que alquilábamos una autocaravana. Iago fue muy atento antes, durante el viaje y una vez llegamos. Íbamos con 4 niños y tuvo mucha paciencia esperando que organizáramos todo al terminar. La autocaravana estaba en muy buenas condiciones y muy limpia. Fue un gustazo. Si repetimos la experiencia, sin duda volveremos a contactar con él. Lo recomendamos!

Ha sido una experiencia increible y muy recomendable!
Por un problema médico pedimos retrasar 1 dia y tanto Yescapa como Iago no pusieron ninguna traba todo lo contrario.
La autocaravana muy nueva, limpia, ha sido un disfrute, Iago ha sido encantador desde el minuto 1 y ha dispuesto todo para que solo tuviesemos que disfrutar.
