When we got there late in the afternoon,the bus got still “repaired“,came with a broken side door (made it very inconvenient to use the bus),an empty gascooker (we realized while in the middle of preparing dinner) and empty fuel.
agreed on a fair discount in case we take it anyways but unfortunately they didn’t hold their word.

Der Camper ist in einem schlechten maroden Gesamtzustand. Die Beifahrertür und Schiebetür lassen sich nur von innen abschließen und entriegeln, weil das Schlüsselschloss kaputt ist. Zu dem sind sie nur sehr schwer zu bedienen, was die tägliche Nutzung sehr umständlich und nervig macht. Es gibt, anders als beschreiben, keinen Kühlschrank, nur eine Kühlbox die mit Eis befüllt werden muss. Ich liste hier nun weitere erhebliche Mängel auf und füge in dieser Reihenfolge entsprechende Bilder hinzu:

Insgesamt eine Katastrophe. Auf Grund des Schimmels im Bett musste ich mir ein Hotelzimmer suchen, welches ich erst nach den ersten zwei Nächten im Camper gefunden habe. Da jegliche Versuche von mir, sich mit der Vermieter auf eine Entschädigung zu einigen, abgelehnt wurden - und mit einem lächerlichen "Angebot" von 90€, falls es regnen sollte, abgetan wurde - mache ich an dieser Stelle deutlich, dass ich darauf bestehe, dass eine entsprechende Entschädigung im Umfang der entstandenen Zusatzkosten (Hotel), plus die Kosten des Campers, in Höhe des Restbetrags (sechs Nächte), in denen ich nicht in dem Camper schlafen konnte, an mich gezahlt werden. Über weitere Lösungsvorschläge bin ich gerne bereit zu sprechen.

Per 450€ mi aspettavo un furgone in condizioni migliori. Avendo circa 500000 km, dovevo procedere in salita in prima, e una volta, alla fine di una lunga discesa, il mezzo si è spento ed ho dovuto attendere che il motore si raffreddasse. L'erbetta nel cassone assorbiva l'umido e purtroppo puzzava. Teresa e Tomas bravi e disponibili.

Experiencia muy satisfactoria.
Tanto los lxs dueñxs como la furgoneta han cumplido nuestras expectativas. La furgoneta cuenta con todo lo necesario para vivir en ella de una manera muy cómoda.

I DON’T recommend… BE CAREFUL!
I have posted photos of the real van so you can see that it’s not exactly as in the pictures.
I have rented it on this app because I thought it would be safer. Not really. First when we got there we found out the van to be not in a good condition as it was in the pictures. Second, the doors were just not locking, and the owner said that the precious renter had broken only the sliding door locker and that he would send someone to fix it in 2 days (we rented the van for 5 days).
He said sorry and that we could cancel the rental, but we were already there in front of him so how could we cancel and find a van there .. he could have sent it earlier when he got the van from the previous renter so we maybe would have time to search (I actually think that was not even true).
So he said we could lock the other doors but we would not be able to lock the sliding door, ok.. we got the van and went to the beach.
We thought of locking the sliding door from the inside (and all the other doors too) so the van would be properly locked. We did that and went to swim. When we got back, the key did not work, it was just turning and turning and not unlocking ANY door.
Our phones were inside the van since we went swimming. We were like 2 hours trying to find a way to contact them, asking people’s phone etc, but there were no good internet to find them online there.
So we had to try to go inside the van, luckily the sliding door window had its metal locker almost all rusty so we could literally open it after a long while trying.
I messaged him telling all of this and he said sorry and that someone would go on Sunday fix it. He promised to refund part of the rental too.
We continued the trip, on Sunday he did not send someone as you could imagine by now.
When we returned the van he said he would refund us 100€ from the rental (it was 500€ ich) and I did not even complain. I said ok. He said it would be done thought yescapa.
Until today I got no refund, he never answered me back on WhatsApp and his wife also did not reply to me.
It’s really a shame and not morally right. Please be aware not to rent with them.
I would never do a review like that if I didn’t think the person really acted with bad character/nature with me.
The trip in Lanzarote was amazing despite the van, it’s a beautiful place with amazing beaches and good for swimming. I recommend doing it by van. Just be careful.

La verdad es que Teresa siempre disponible y muy amable. Y recorrer la isla en camper ha sido extraordinario.
En cuanto al vehículo, si bien es cierto que es de lo más económico, las fotos tienen varios años de antigüedad, ya que el estado del vehículo actual es mucho peor.
La puerta trasera se va abriendo. La puerta lateral, anda suelta y no hace más que hacer ruido. El claxon no funciona, ni la radio, y es muy difícil cargar ni siquiera el móvil, ya que es un adaptador de mechero que apenas carga (llévate batería). La furgo no tiene ni placa solar ni baterias, por lo que toca cargar en los restaurantes. El tapón de la gasolina no cierra, y simplemente se empuja.
La cocina es un fogonillo del Decathlon, y la nevera, una nevera de playa normal y corriente. Los depósitos de aguas limpias, son dos depósitos a la vista, en mal estado (ver foto).
Internamente, esta todo muy desordenado y amontonado (en los cajones y muebles).
Hay muchas partes en las que se han ido cayendo los embellecedores y se ve la espuma aislante.
En definitiva, muy mal el estado y el orden y la limpieza.

È stata la mia prima esperienza in un van in libera e devo dire che é andata moto bene. Il van non era del tutto attrezzato però comunque è andato tutto bene. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e super disponibili per qualsia problema incontravamo strada facendo
