Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Très bon WE dans les Alpes avec ce camping-car neuf et propre avec tout l'équipement utile (et plus). Même les chaînes pour la neige, des fusibles au cas où, etc. Nous relouerons si l'occasion se présente aux beaux jours.

Que ce soit lors de la réservation, la remise du véhicule du véhicule et le retour, Florence a été parfaite. Elle prend le temps de donner des explications utiles concernant l'utilisation de son CC, qui est parfait pour séjourner serrainement, le véhicule est récent, très bien équipé, fiable et sans défauts.
