Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Yvonne y David son muy accesibles y amables. Era nuestro primer viaje en camper y estuvieron a nuestra disposición en todo momento, aunque no hizo falta preguntarles nada durante el viaje porque las instrucciones que facilitan son muy completas. La furgo está muy bien mantenida, tal cuál se ve en las fotos, tiene de todo y es muy cómoda de habitar y de conducir. Totalmente recomendable!!

Yvonne and David are very kind and make sure we were well informed before we started our trip. During the trip Yvonne was very swift in replying to questions. The van is basic, as we like it, and it has good driving characteristics.

La furgoneta está muy bien, nos ha hecho el viaje genial. Un 10.
Yvonne es un encanto y muy fácil de tratar tanto con ella como con tu pareja. Solo quieren que disfrutemos con su furgoneta.
Fuimos a Portugal y la furgo cumplio con todos los requisitos y nuestros sueños. Se nota que la cuidan y la tienen al día. De motor muy bien, la mejor que he probado.

Aventura insuperable! La comunicación con Ivonne fue sencilla desde el principio, se adaptó a nuestros horarios y percances! Durante el viaje estuvo pendiente todo el tiempo y contestó rápidamente a nuestras dudas. La Camper perfectamente adaptada a largas estancias, con todo lo necesario para estar como en casa!
