Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

The van was perfect, it had all the equipment we needed and drove well. All the interior was explained clearly. The TV and wi fi were a great bonus as the days are shorter this time of year

The coolest way to go around the island. Driving a van means you’ll never have to pitch a tent or look for a hotel room ever again. These rigs give you the freedom to set up camp anywhere you want (or, at least, anywhere you’re allowed to) we went even on top of a mountain.Perfect van, fully equipped, totally independent because there’s no need to charge it. Great car Wi-Fi and even a flat screen tv. Tania and David were super nice and explained everything perfectly so our family adventure was just perfect. Thank you guys and Cash ❤️

La experiencia con Tania y David ha sido estupenda. Cualquier duda que tuvimos sobre la furgo la respondían al momento (y fueron varias). Respecto de la furgoneta, es tal y como sale en las fotos. Esta en perfecto estado y la entregaron muy limpia. 100% recomendables.

More than perfect!
Tania and David are wonderful! It was easy to get in touch with them, also during the rental. The camper is really well equipped, spacious, comfortable and clean. Very good to drive and handle. We loved cruising the mountain roads with 'Bella'. We highly recommend the van for a rental.
