In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.

If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Alles hat super funktioniert. Joachim hat schnell geantwortet und war super hilfsbereit in allen Belangen!
Wir haben uns 2 Wochen sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt mit dem Bus.
Alban, der sich um die Übergabe/Rückgabe vor Ort gekümmert hat, war sehr zuverlässig und äußerst hilfsbereit.

The bed was nice and the car was driving well. But, the "fridge" did not cool enough to keep cheese or meat and the horn was not working. Also no airco.
The host was really nice and helpfull with good communication.

We had an amazing time in Albania thanks to Joachim and his Van. Joachim is a kind and trustworthy person who supported us throughout our trip. Albania has not the best roads, but the van was reliable all the time and easy to drive. We would definitely recommend to explore Albania this way. Big thanks to Joachim who made it possible for us!
