If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

La prise en main du véhicule nous a été tres bien expliqué et le proprietaire a su répondre aux moindres questions. Il a aussi été trés arrangeant pour la perception du camping-car.
Nous avons cependant été plutôt déçu par l'état du véhicule qui a été trés mal nettoyé par les locataires précédents, le propriétaire leur a fait confiance mais les gens ont un peu abusé je pense....
Malgrés ce petit soucis, tout le reste c'est trés bien passé et nous avons pu profiter d'un week end original en famille !

Patrice a été super et très disponible tout au long de la location lorsque nous avons rencontré de petits problèmes techniques.
On a adoré partir en famille en plein hiver dans un camping car bien chauffé et très confortable.
Nous en gardons un très bon souvenir.
