Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Lo único mejorable es para la parte de Yescapa que a las 09:00 del día que tenía alquilado el vehículo fue cuando ya por fin confirmaron el D.N.I y demás documentación ...solo me queda agradecer a Ane y a su chico por lo bien que me ayudaron...

Tenía mis dudas sobre si alquilar la AC o no y mas vale ke lo hice, fué una muy buena experiencia, repetiré seguro.
La AC para mi y mis dos fieras perfecta, llegamos a todis los sitios sin problema es super manejable.
Los propietarios majisimos y muy amables. Lo peor de todo........... tener ke devolversela....

Impresionante, la autocaravana es genial! Independencia por doquier. Ane es una maravilla de persona que no puso ningún impedimento para viajar con dos perros.

Alquilamos la autocaravana en familia una semanita. A ver el anuncio la autocaravana parecía en perfecto estado, en realidad tenía muchos golpes, ventanilla rota, la tv no funcionaba, el toldo tampoco, intentamos varias veces de utilizar el agua caliente pero nunca lo conseguimos y sobre todo nos han presentado una autocaravana muy muy sucia hemos tenido que limpiar todos varias veces. A parte esto, las veces que hemos tenidos que contactar con el dueño fue disponible. Lo único es que nos dejaron la autocaravana con un cuarto de depósito la devolvimos que estaba poco meno de un cuarto y al devolvernos la fianza nos quitaron 30€ sin avisarnos y nos pareció mucho por 5lt de gasoleo. La autocaravana se encuentra a 40min del aeropuerto y el taxi sale unos 80€, no hacen servicio de recogida en el aereopuerto.

Hemos pasado Cuatro días estupendo por toda la Rioja Alavesa. Una experiencia Única.Los propietarios muy atentos en todo momentos. Sin duda si volvemos lo haríamos otra vez.
