Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Très bon contact avec Thierry tant à la remise du véhicule qu'au retour. Le fonctionnement du véhicule a bien été expliqué. Le véhicule est bien équipé. Petit plus: la séparation des wc/lavabo et de la douche.
Suggestion, prévoir un tuyau pour le remplissage de la réserve d'eau à la place du jerrycan.

Notre première expérience en camping-car s'est très bien passée. Thierry est un super propriétaire, il nous a bien accueilli et expliqué le fonctionnement du fourgon. Il est disponible en cas de besoin. Le fourgon est confortable, bien équipé et agréable à conduire. Nous recommandons cette location.

Nous avons loué le camion pour 4 nuits afin de visister la région et les différents chateaux. La location s'est très bien passée, Thierry nous a très bien expliqué le fonctionnement de son fourgon aménagé, très gentil et très accueillant. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation !

Bonne location. Bémol pour le troisième couchage. Il manquait l'adaptation (planche et matelas) pour qu'il soit agréable.
