Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Expérience géniale avec ce van. Nous étions 2 adultes et 1 chien et tout le monde a trouvé sa place. Tout ce dont on a besoin est présent dans le van, il faut juste chercher dans les multiples rangements. Pour les surfeurs&surfeuses, une planche 8'0 ne rentre pas dans la capucine à 10 cm près mais on peut la sangler à l'intérieur sans problème

Super semaine dans le finistère avec le van de Tim.
Le véhicule est assez maniable, fonctionnel et confortable, en plus d'être magnifique !
Tim a été très flexible sur les horaires et le lieu d'arrivée et de retour.

Séjour d'une semaine dans le Finistère avec le Van de Tim avec 2 ados. Tout s'est bien passé ! Le van est dans son jus et c'est ce que nous recherchions. Quel plaisir d'être au volant de ce van iconnique synonyme de road trip !
Facile à conduire et à garer, nous n'avons eu aucun problème durant le séjour. Les couchettes sont agréable et le passage en mode nuit se fait assez simplement. Manque peut-être la moustiquaire sur la fenêtre du couchage haut pour plus de confort.
La partie cuisine est fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Un grand réservoir d'eau pour la vaisselle et un frigo assez froid et grand pour avoir quelques jours d'avance et des boissons fraîches lors de nos étapes.
La prise du véhicule et sa restitution ont été un vrai plaisir avec Tim le propriétaire très sympathique. Nous recommandons chaudement ce van pour vos prochains road trip !
