Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Todo son facilidades con Miguel. Un trato buenísimo y atento desde el principio hasta el final. REsolvió mis dudas durante el viaje. Un lujo tratar con él. Repetiremos seguro. La autocaravana está en perfecto estado.

Ha sido una experiencia genial!!😍 Era la primera vez que hacíamos un viaje asi, el primer dia Miguel nos explicó todo super bien, aclarandonos todas las dudas y nos transmitió mucha confianza y tranquilidad. La autocaravana super fácil de manejar, muy cómoda para dormir, el tema del baño..., tal cual se ve en el anuncio, con todo el equipamiento perfecto! Si surgían dudas durante el viaje, Miguel estaba disponible! Una experiencia super recomendable, tanto por la autocaravana como por los dueños!!

La AC esta nueva, muy cómoda y funcional. Perfecta para 4 adultos. Las camas grandes y confortables y la conducción y asientos muy cómodos. Motor potente.
