Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Panne avec le véhicule/ retour location fait 3 semaines après la panne/ on nous accuse d'avoir abîmé le van alors que les photos prouvent le contraire; les propriétaires ont déduit les frais du remboursement des jours de location non fait/ véhicule pas aux normes pour un contrôle technique valide alors que celui-ci a été passé 10 jours avant / aucun dédommagement pour le désagrément et des Vacances gâchées bref une arnaque,......... A fuir
**** Réponse du propriétaire***Concernant la réservation précitée, nous avons suivi toutes les démarches indiquées par Yescapa par e-mail. En effet, nous avons restitué l'intégralité de la caution sans que le van n'arrive à l'atelier pour le diagnostic de la panne... Lorsque le van est arrivé en dépanneuse, il était endommagé au delà du défaut comme le prouvent les photos puis nous avons déclaré l'incident à l'aide le formulaire indiqué par Yescapa. Nous suivons toujours toutes les indications données par Yescapa

The rental was uncomplicated and the hirers were very kind and friendly. The van is pretty big and we had no problems to sleep and live there as a group of 3 persons for 2 weeks. Since the van is a bit old (1990) and big (6m long) driving it is a bit of an experience but we were instructed by the hirers when we took the van and within a day or two it was no problem anymore to drive it. We had a little problem with a damage which occured during the rental but solving it with the hirers and yescapa was no problem at all.
All in all very nice holidays and a great experience!

Es lief alles sehr unkompliziert ab! Der Van wird von einem Paar vermietet, welches total freundlich und herzlich ist! Wir wurden direkt am Flughafen in Empfang genommen, uns wurde ausführlich erklärt wie was im Van funktioniert und bei Fragen konnten wir uns jederzeit an die Beiden wenden und haben direkt eine Antwort bekommen. Der Van ist super ausgestattet, man hat alles was man braucht :) Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und würden den den Van auf jeden Fall noch einmal buchen :)

Estuvimos 6 días con la furgoneta de Hernani mi pareja y yo. La furgoneta es muy cómoda ya que es muy amplia por dentro. Estaba muy bien equipada, con sábanas, toallas, mantas, cafetera, accesorios de cocina, altavoz, mesas, sillas, ducha portátil, etc. No echamos nada en falta. A mitad del viaje tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con la electricidad pero Hernani estuvo siempre muy pendiente del móvil y nos ayudó a solventar el problema. Sin duda son unos grandes propietarios y recomendaría su furgoneta ☺️
