If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Sehr netter Kontakt und super Auto. Das Auto ist zwar alt, aber hat seinen eigenen Charme und ein guter Begleiter. Abwicklung hat ohne Probleme geklappt und uns wurde immer direkt geantwortet. Durften unsere Vermietung kostenlos verschieben. Haben sogar eine warme Dusche bei Ruven bekommen, alles wunderbar. Für jeden zu empfehlen.

Ruben is a very nice host, and his van works very reliable and is nicely built. We used it for our nine days trips to Galicia and had an amazing time. You should take some time with you to travelling since the old car and going faster than 90 is not convenient, but we enjoyed that a lot. The car is very reliable, we did not have any problems with the motor or the electricity or the cooking. The inside is created very nice and cosy, and Ruben is a super friendly host, always responding quickly and very customer oriented
