Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Ha sido la primera vez que hemos viajado en Camper y la experiencia con la furgoneta ha sido excelente.
En la furgo hemos ido dos personas y un perro grande y hemos estado muy cómodos.
Cabe destacar que entre otras comodidades como la ducha exterior o la pica integrada, nos ha resultado especialmente cómoda la cama.
La furgo está en muy buenas condiciones y apta para cualquier tipo de aventura. Recomendadísima!!

Como primer viaje por la Costa Brava en furgoneta ha sido immejorable. La Vito funciona estupendamente y está perfectamente equipada para una escapada de dos, dándonos total libertad de ir de un lugar a otro.
Y los chicos de Cultura Camper han sido majísimos, dándonos consejos para el viaje y siempre disponibles y abiertos a cualquier imprevisto (encontramos mucha retención de regreso y nos esperaron hasta que conseguimos llegar sin ningún problema).
¡Muchas gracias, sin duda repetiremos!

Nuestro viaje fue una experiencia increible! Fuimos 14 dias por el norte de España y estuvo fantástico como primera experiencia en una furgoneta. La furgoneta esta super comoda, bien equipada y con la distribución del interior bien pensado y con mucho espacio. La communicacion con Mario fue super facil. 100% recommendable!
