Cancellation terms

In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.

The booking is confirmed

If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

30 days before departure

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Departure

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Paolo e' davvero molto gentile e disponibile, spiega per filo e per segno tutte le caratteristiche del camper, che ha un bell' equipaggiamento per fare campeggio e godersi l'avventura, e' anche comodo. Il nostro viaggio e' andato bene, all' inizio abbiamo dovuto prendere un po' di confidenza con il motore, ma poi ci ha portate fino alla nostra destinazione senza problemi.

La experiencia y el viaje fue fantastico. Paolo es muy buen anfitrion , explica todo al detalle y esta disponible siempre por si surgen dudas. Es un buen hombre y se preocupa por el buen trato al cliente.

La autocaravana es muy bonita, es calida y le entra mucha luz por las ventanas. No tuve ningún inconveniente con ella en carretera. Sin dudas lo recomiendo.
