Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Alquilamos esta AC para un viaje de 10 días. Tuvimos una experiencia muy buena, en todo caso, demasiado corta :-)
El anuncio coincide con el AC: si bien no es nuevo, es muy limpio, funcional y funciona bien. Éramos 2 adultos y 1 niño pequeño. El motor funciona como un vehículo nuevo. El garaje es increíblemente grande y la autonomía energética de la AC es extremadamente larga.
Los propietarios fueron extremadamente amable y simpático, muy servicial y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos.
Entonces, del 1 al 10, calificaríamos esta experiencia con un 10. +++++++++++++++++

Ha sido una experiencia estupenda. Era la primera vez que alquilábamos una AC y Guillermo y Merche fueron muy amables y muy atentos en todo momento. Nos hicieron una explicación muy completa antes del viaje y estuvieron disponibles para cualquier duda durante la ruta.
