Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Le camping-car était idéal pour 5 d'entre nous (2 adultes et 3 enfants) et tout était comme annoncé. Fanny et Benjamin sont vraiment gentils, serviables et efficaces pour répondre, en tant que premier utilisateur de yescapa et d'un camping-car, ce fut une expérience vraiment positive pour nous !

Nous sommes ravis de notre première expérience en camping car. Benjamin & sa compagne sont très sympa et disponible . Le camping car est très agréable, nous sommes partis avec nos 3 enfants (16, 13 et 8 ans). Expérience à renouveler au plus vite. Nous recommandons ! Marylise et Christophe

Une très bonne 1ere expérience pour notre famille, Le cc est très bien équipé, il ne manque rien. Agréable à conduire.
Les propriétaires sont très réactifs, et ont toujours été dispo pour nos questions.
Nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

le camping car était en parfait état et très propre rien à dire
c'était une premiere pour nous en camping car et cela nous a donné envi d'en refaire car très confortable et très fonctionelle et aucune mauvaise surprise pendant notre voyage

Nous avons 2 enfants.
Nous aimons voyager afin de découvrir de nouveaux paysages. Nous avons donc acheté un camping car pour barouder où nous le souhaitons.
