Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Es war eine sehr schöner Urlaub, das Fahrzeug ist genau richtig für 2 Kleinkinder und 2 Erwachsene.
Im Gegensatz zu den modernen Hubbetten konnten wir mit Heck- und Alkovenbett die Tischgruppe immer nutzen. Das Fahrzeug ist praktisch und mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet. Dem Vermieter danken wir für seine nette, freundliche und unmkomplizierte Art. Übernahme und Übergabe liefen zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Gerne würden wir bei Ihm wieder das Fahrzeug mieten.

Unsere erste Tour mit dem Wohnmobil war eine tolle Erfahrung. Durch die sehr nette und ausführliche Einweisung vor Abreise hat alles auf Anhieb funktioniert. Das Womo ist absolut top, jederzeit wieder. Von uns gibt es volle Punktzahl.

Nett und unkompliziert! Es war unsere erste Erfahrung mit einem Wohnmobil. Außerdem gab man uns viele Tips für unsere Reise (Ablauf, Campingplätze, etc)
was auch nicht selbstverständlich war, war die Ausstattung und Zubehör ohne zusätzliche Gebühren. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder bei euch mieten!
