Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

La autocaravana está nuevísima, da hasta miedo usarla! Nos gustó muchísimo y David muy atento siempre a todas las dudas que tuvimos como novatos. Una grandísima experiencia, gracias por hacerla tan bonita y tan cómoda. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

Un acierto alquilar la caravana que elegimos, ya que los propietarios son unas bellisimas personas y la caravana esta estupenda . Una experiencia inolvidabe, sin duda para volver a repetir.

La experiencia fue increíble y la caravana inmejorable. Todo 10. Nuevo todo además de cuidado y limpio. El trato recibido por parte de los propietarios también maravilloso. Muy atentos y serviciales.

La experiencia con la autocaravana de 10. Muy nueva, bien cuidada y con todo lo necesario para ponerte en ruta. Nuria la dueña genial. Desde el primer minuto nos transmitió mucha confianza. Además de explicarte lo esencial te manda los vídeos explicativos del funcionamiento de la autocaravana. En poder repetiremos, sin dudarlo.
