If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Schnell, problemlos und freundlich.
Das Wohnmobil ist toll für 1, maximal 2 Personen. Alles Wichtige ist da und ich habe wunderschöne 3 Wochen über Weihnachten verbracht. Besonders der große Kühlschrank ist klasse.
Kritikpunkte:
1. Die Seitenfenster kann man nicht abdecken, so dass man abends bei Licht im Kastenwagen leicht von außen beobachtet werden kann.
2. Es gibt im ganzen Kastenwagen keinen einzigen Haken um z.B ein Handtuch aufzuhängen.
3. Da es nicht sehr viel Stauraum gibt: Schaut euch vor der Abfahrt an, welche Decken und Kissen ihr wirklich benötigt und welche ihr vielleicht einfach Rubén dalasst.

Gracias a Rubén y a su socio he podido pasar uno de los mejores fin de semana de mi vida. La Camper estaba perfecta, era cómoda y tenía todo lo necesario para disfrutar del viaje. Tutto perfetto! Van in ottime condizioni e comodissimo. Il frigo è molto capiente e la doccia è molto comoda. Anche il letto molto comodo, si può lasciare sempre montato essendoci anche un altro tavolino per mangiare con i sedili anteriori girabili. Ruben super disponibile e gentile

It was great! The host, Alberto, was super helpful.
The Van itself was very well made, we were really impressed with the craftmanship. And it had been kitted out with everything, a shower, USB chargers, cooking equipment and bedding.
