If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

El propietario muy amable y atento en todo momento. El hecho de salir del avión y que la caravana te espere en el aeropuerto facilita mucho las cosas, lo mismo para volver. La caravana fácil de conducir, cómoda y no gran consumo, ideal para 4 personas. Eché de menos unas sillas y una mesa plegables para exterior, por lo demás un 10.

El viaje muy bien. El trato con Santi y Manuel genial. El vehículo tenía ciertos desperfectos subsanables que imagino para otro alquiler estarán arreglados. Nada importante salvo que una ventana no podía abrirse.
En comparación con otros alquileres me gusta más la Benizar porque tiene más detalles y la cama de atrás se puede subir con botón eléctrico. Pero en relación calidad precio esta está bien.

Ha sido una muy buena experiencia.
La autocaravana está muy nueva. Tiene algunas cosillas que podrían mejorarse con un poquito de mantenimiento, como algunos cierres, o en el interior algún remache que está parcialmente suelto, pero en general está como muestran las fotografías y hemos estado muy contentos. Además se conduce muy bien.
Los dueños han sido muy amables en todo momento, un 10. De agradecer su disposición y disponibilidad.
Como mejoras, nos hubiera gustado que hubiera sillas y mesa de camping porque veníamos de lejos y se agradece cuando paras la autocaravana. También que hubiera un toldo, que no tiene.
En general buena experiencia. Muy recomendable.

El viaje nos fue genial. Era la primera vez que viajábamos en furgo o AC y la experiencia fue de 10. La furgo está súper bien aprovechada y para nosotros fue mucho mejor porque nos dejaron viajar con nuestro perro. Poder parar donde quieras y visitar lo que te dé la gana es fantástico. Además los dueños de la empresa fueron majisimos y nos lo explicaron todo genial. Volveríamos a repetir sin duda 😄
