In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.

If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

30 days before departure

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Departure

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

It was our first experience with a van 🚐 . Claus is a very kind and arranging person. He was available each time we had a question during our rental. The van is very comfortable and well equiped. It was very easy to use even for the newbies we are 😄 Our trip to the Dolomites was wonderful ⛰😍 We recommend very highly to rent Claus’s van, you won’t regret it 🤩

Super Gesamtpaket! Unser Vermieter Claus sehr nett und unkompliziert, hat uns das WoMo in einem super Zustand mit kompl. Ausstattung und ausführlicher Einweisung übergeben. Unsere Reise führte uns eine Woche durch Deutschland wo wir sehr viele Erfahrungen und Eindrücke des WoMo-Reisens kennen und schätzen lernen durften :o) Das Fahrzeug war top und für uns (2 Erwachsene) absolut ausreichend. Absolut zu empfehlen! Jederzeit gerne wieder.
