Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Superbe véhicule malgré un petit souci de lumière mais qui s'est vite réglé
Jean Michel est disponible est arrangeant pour les horaires comme pour laisser notre véhicule en attendant la location. Bonne explications et cc fort agréable tant à conduire que être stationner. Je recommande

Camping car très agréable et propre, grâce au panneau solaire nous avons pu voyager en toute autonomie, c'est un réel +. Propriétaire très disponible pendant notre séjour

Super première experience avec ce camping car bien aménagé, propre et fonctionnel. Les proprietaires sont accueillants et disponibles. Malgré la taille la conduite est facile. Le petit +: le porte velo. Je recommande!

Nous avons passé un super séjour à bord.
Le camping-car est comme neuf, très confortable, très propre et bien aménagé.
Pour ceux qui pourraient avoir peur du gabarit, il est très facile à conduire et à manœuvrer, la boite auto aidant.
Tout est organisé et rien ne manque!
Nous avons adoré, super séjour en famille!😁
