Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Très bon contact avec le propriétaire qui nous a fourni toutes les explications nécessaires à l'utilisation du camping car.Avons passé un agréable séjour et avons énormément apprécier de faire de l'itinérant.
Très bonne expérience avant d'investir dans ce genre de véhicule.

Nous avons passés d'agréables vacances dans le fourgon malgré les péripéties rencontrés. Guillaume a été disponible pour la moindre question et très accueillant. Le fourgon était propre au moment de la location et avait le nécessaire pour passer de bonne vacances.

Nous avons été très content de notre location du campervan de Guillaume. Très bon accueil de sa part avec une jolie attention à l'arrivée (bouteille de pétillant) et un tour complet du campervan. Tout était clair et nous avons passé un très bon weekend dans ce véhicule. Ravie d'avoir pu découvrir ce mode de voyage :)
