Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

El viaje estuvo genial, recomiendo Burdeos y la zona de Saint Emilion sobre todo.
El Sr. Andre fue siempre super amable y considerado y se mantuvo a disposición nuestra todo el tiempo para lo que hiciera falta .
La autocaravana es hermosa y super cómoda.
Les recomiendo vivan la experiencia.

Camping-car très récent, en très bon état, confortable, luxueux et très bien équipé pour passer d'excellentes vacances itinérantes. Dès que nous en aurons l'occasion, on louera de nouveau le véhicule de M. MAIA, fort sympathique et arrangeant. Merci M. MAIA pour nous avoir ainsi permis d'être conquis pour passer de nouvelles bonnes vacances en camping car.

Super véhicule en parfait état. De nombreux rangements à l'intérieur, un vrai lit confortable et une expérience de conduite très agréable. Nous avons sillonne la Bretagne en famille, au top. Je recommande fortement. De plus un loueur très disponible et sympathique.
